This thread,as well as the first one like this,just needs to be locked.
It has become clear that this gentleman here does not want a peaceful resolution to his problem and just wants to throw a fit.
He should be thankful that he has this period to reflect on how to behave on forums and to wait for that customer service e-mail he has undoubtedly sent by now (we hope).
He has been warned previously about this kind of behavior.
BTW I have always noticed that whining in my ear is the fastest way to slow me down...I can only guess everybody else kind of feels the same.
It may be something to think about the next time he posts about a complaint or issue.

While I have had the occassional member claim to get ripped off because of an issue or bug or whatever but they all to the last one have gotten what they paid for.
At any rate you got the two week ban you were promised...it just came from a surprise moderator...me...
Now do what you were told and work with customer service like everybody else does.
