I know to add a soundzone but how do I get someone to talk but not have to use a microphone maybe a piece of software were I can type what I want them to say and what would be good is choose a voice e.g robot, woman, male, zombie that sort of thing does it exist or do I have to use a microphone.

Your best bet is to start with anything using the text to speech engine... I've dug some stuff up for you to use:

Most are free to use, but text to speech has always been buggy so try to use some audio editing skills with Goldwave or similar... Also you can create your own prog using VB and the TTS (text to speech) engine!
