Right now it looks like a truck with tank rail tires. I would remove the rail's on the tires and make it into a big truck or military vehicele(just an idea). Looks good to make into a few promising concepts. All the best,

I see a bit of Faces that can be removed, other than that, it looks pretty good.

I see thousands of faces that should be removed.

Try sketching out your ideas before you model them. This is interesting for a second model but it's a bit outlandish both in terms of polygonal layout and functionality (doesn't really look like any of the wheels have any way to turn, for example. Keep it up though!

Why does an armored truck have a spoiler? Is this the sport model?

You really need to look at some tutorials. You've got the drive, you just need the direction. There are countless things wrong with this model; way too high poly obviously, hundreds or maybe thousands of un-needed polygons, inverted polygons, substantially uneven polygon distribution (the biggest thing you have, has less polygons that one of the wheels... :/), not to mention design wise the model doesn't make any sense at all, what are the wheels connected to, whats the cylinder track going around the wheels, etc.
