Nice, but as you said, the textures do need to be fixed, but it looks
good so far. Will it be free?

Who cares? If you really like it, you'll buy it, if not then you are cheap.

The models themselves look great; though I'd work on the texturing, as the first shack looks like it has UV issues.

Ah; I do the same thing when working on a model...to see how it appears in-game with something besides the gray.

I can really see some of those models being used in a jungle scene; especially some of the bridges over a small stream. Again, great work.

EpsonUser, Hi. I'm working on a Vietnam weapons pack for FPSC. Should fit in nicely with your model pack. Keep up the great work.

For low price FPSC and Dark BASIC media packs.

Thanks, EU. I use Paint Shop Pro exclusively for all my graphics work (including my sigs and avatar here); I also use a few plugins for it that make life easier for me, for certain things. I'm going to be grabbing a copy of the new Genetica 3 when it comes out as well.

You should sign up at our (BDG) forums; it would be nice to have a fellow artist to talk to from time to time. As far as tutorials go; check out our first Newsletter: http://www.blackdracogames.com/newsletters/newsletter1.html as well as some of the Newsletter our old site at Ozark Games: http://www.ozarkgames.com/mainsite/Home.html

I updated the Ozark Games link, so follow it to the News section of OG. As far as the installer; check out the free version of ClickTeam...it's pretty popular.

You could also download one of the FPSC-Ready objects at the OG Freebies section (still haven't taken it down yet); they use another installer, that you may want to look at.

You may want to try getting into the TGC Store with these, depending on how well the texture is when you're done. It wouldn't hurt to give away one of them for free, so people can see your work before they buy.

I would also suggest packaging it all up in a pack at a discount from buying them all separately. As far as selling them on your own, without access to a store, you can try putting them up on Turbosquid, or www.the3dstudio.com (they give a better percentage back to you).

You can also join a few other forum to show off your work, get tips, etc.

Thanks for all the info Keith .I will have to try that .But i wont be like turbo squid though .Where they do a decent model and charge outrages wages for some of their stuff .

If you want a sample .Its a box with a nividia logo on it .Pretty funny to use .But looks ok i guess.
