Hi All,

Here's an alien landscape pack for you. This is my first installment of sci-fi related material. Hope someone can find a use for this. More to come.

Enjoy!

My best to all, The Cosmic Prophet.

Alien floor segment texture seems to be missing.

Edit: Actually they're in "texturebank\Alien1" where as the fps is looking for them in "texturebank\Firma\Floor Textures\".

Maybe that's what happened to the Western Saloon textures. Will have to look. Thanks for the heads up Nickydude.

Addendum:

Nope. Still can't find the Western Saloon Textures. BTW, thanks CP for another useful mp.

Nickydude: I zipped them that way because I was thinking of those who don't use Firma. If there is a standard file structure that is used for distibution, please let me know. I want everyone to be able to use the segments if they use Firma or not. Let me know please. Thanks so much.

The Cosmic Prophet.

Thanks CP. There really isn't a standard. Just make sure the fps file is pointing to wherever you put them in the zip file. Actually if you zip them up using the firma directory (would be easier for you), then there shouldn't be any problem for us. You don't have to have firma to have the folders. However, to avoid naming conflicts from others who use firma you might want to set firma to your personal default directory such as firma/walls/cosmic or something like that.

Can somebody help me out?

With all due respect to the mods, I'm really in a jam. My Segment Creator is on the fritz for some reason, and I'm in desperate need of a door. see screenshot for error messege. I'm working on a personal Project, and it's dead in the water until I can figure out how to fix it.(see screen 2)

Screen 3 is the door I need. it parts in the center like sci-fi door (door_c Automatic).

I'd be more than happy to build a few needed entities ( if you think its worth it)for anyone who can help me out.

And this is the door I need.

I've got the model built already, I just need someone to make a door out of it for me. I pray I dont get banned for the request. I humble myself before the almighty mods

Wow, Star Trek. I'm drooling.

You've contributed a goodly share. Someone should be able to help you out. I don't know how and I'm still trying to figure how to "cut" through segments in DBPro. There might be a "cutter" program out there. I wonder if googling "segment cutter" or just "cutter" would come up with one?

Flatlander: The Bridge is about 90% done, and you see where I'm at with the Tranporter. Next is Engineering, along with the rest of the sets from the original series. You've got my e-mail if you want em'

(as soon as they're finnished)

I'll make a post as each set is completed.
