I'm getting the hand of the teleporter, but I don't know how to set the "IN" Teleport entity to go to a random "OUT" teleport entity, so that not even the creator knows which room they're heading.

Well, if you have a different name for all your OUT teleporters, then you can do something like this:

:random=10:plrmoveto=TeleporterOUT1
:random=10:plrmoveto=TeleporterOUT2
:random=10:plrmoveto=TeleporterOUT3
:ALWAYS:plrmoveto=TeleporterOUT4


If it doesn't go to one of the first three, then it'll default to going to the last teleporter.

Be aware that the PLRMOVETO command is a little buggy and can sometimes get the player stuck in a wall.

I'm new to FPS Creator, where does that code go or more to the point how do you put that code in the game?
