How do I access the Dark GDK Help files?

Im using Visual C++ express.

Im asking because I had someone tell me they used the help files to find the answer to one of my questions. Thank you ahead of time for answering this nOOb question

We Welcome NOOBS, Newbs, Newbies, and even new people! Welcome! Home you have fun! Note the help is far from perfect, and sometimes you need to refer online to get the full dope. So... have fun and don't hesitate asking questions... googling first is usually a good SOP however.
