I Don't know if I should post this here but what sort of size do or should you set a menu screen at for a game.

Ok kool so I was adviced when creating a menu I would paste the image to screen and then use the cordinates of the buttons so when mouse over button it will click and goto start gane etc but I dont have a clue how to do it would anyone be able to help.

Someone gave me an example of a menu, so dont give me credit for this (a guy named Zach gave this to me.) I thought I would post it so you can see the source code for an example on a menu...

Its not bad work except that it uses labels. I much prefer functions() myself.

How would I go about making one with functions? I could never figure out how to get 2 menu's in with each other, so would fuctions prevent some weird menu problems, like wrong background with the right buttons?
