sOrry if it isnt 4 here or was somewhere. but is there any way of creating static-dynamic fire. like it is immobile irrdistructable, but like alive fire

go to generic, there is a folder called decals, select a fire decal.
A decal is a 3d model plane that simulates somthing like a fire or smoke by having a animated texture put on top.
there are several decal scripts, these do diffrent things, such as face the player, or stay where it is, not facing the player but still simulating that certain texture.

It might help if you take the time reading the manual, and reading some guides and tutorials around here. doing that will prevent you from asking any other obvious question.

I doubt people will like telling you simple things from the manual for long.
