Who/how do I contact to get my downloads moved from my old email address to my new one?

I have FPS Creator (pluse add on packs) and Darkbasic Pro, but since I had to change my email address, they are still linked to the old one and they and my activation codes don't show up in my account under the new email address anymore. I can't redownload my purchased products or get the updates.
