I made some cartoon stuff (link to thread:

and now i made some segments to make cartoon world:

-New WW2 wooden door texture
-Road
-2 green rooms and red room.

Reminds me of Simpsons hit and run + simpsons game. In a cool way. I feel that the idea you had was very clever, combining the amazing fps creator engine with an ingenious form of cartoon graphics.

If I were you, I'd make a game...

1. Open folder
2. Copy everything from folder Textures to texturebank\Firma\Room Textures

3. Copy everything from folder Segments to segments\cartoon

4. Copy door re-texture to folder where you want. If you want to use it:

Put door in your level. Go to entity mode. Press door with right mouse button. There you can change door texture.
