3 Dimensional Chat / I need help on blender, how do I set so it reflects what i make

heres my prob, I want to set blender so that I only sculpt half the model, a face for example and then the other half is a reflexion of what I sculpt, making it symetrical.

So how do I do this, ty

Go to the modify menu, and choose mirror

Then check the Faces on it after you mirror it. More then likely your going to have to flip them.
