Hi! I was wondering if I can make games with story, as I have heard you can't make like cutscenes or anything so do you make only games without story or if it is possible to make story then how? I don't want to program something or write scripts or whatever they are because I don't really know anything about them. And another question, I heard that it is not possible to save during the game. So can I only make games like half hour long?

Where ever you heard that FPSC can't do cutscenes is wrong. They're not interactive cutscenes like in Half Life or anything but you can still play movies of cutscenes to enhance the story a bit better. You can also integrate the story directly into your level through voices, sounds, pictures, etc.

I don't know where you read about FPSC at, but for a long time now, you've been able to save the game just fine.
