Dark GDK / BeginScene failed !!! can't do anything

I have done all of asked things to install dark gdk,
and when it starts debugging a simple code of the darkgdk,
visual studio displays a report error
as if it was my directX version which had crashed.
I use the August 2007 version of directx9,
windows xp SP2, vs2008pro, no problem of paths.

All details of the action in the zip file (3 screens)
