Calm down, he's just saying that you should search before you ask. I've been here for almost 2 years and I sometimes screw up. The search box is your friend on the TGC/Apollo forums, please use it.

I'm a loser am I? At least
A: I know how to search.
B: I dont post about 4 threads on the same topic, even if someone has already answered.

And yeah, I guess I am a loser. I have no friends, and practically everyone I know bullies me. But hey, I couldn't care less.

Well, maybe no friends is over-exajurated. I have about 5. God, it's people like you that make me depressed in the first place, hence the snapping at people i sometimes do. But hey, like i said, i dont care. I'd rather live my life than listen to bullies.

@satrebor:

Don't take him so harshly. It's usually common practice around here to search the forums before posting about things. Sometimes it's hard to search because you're not sure what words to use, but I find that searching for a single word is the best way to do it. Words like "Model" or "Modelling" would help you out in a search.

And perhaps questions like this may be best posted in the Models and Media board. Just... don't ask for models over there, they don't like it.

@Aaagreen:

If you don't care about having no friends, being a loser, and getting bullied all the time, then I see little point in you posting about it. Quit with the pity party.

I bet he wouldn't have snapped back at you if you had phrased it in a nicer manner. Just because you have a smiley at the end of your post doesn't mean what you said will be taken as a happy remark. I think I told Fred that at some point.

Quote: "God, it's people like you that make me depressed in the first place"

I remember when I first asked a question here... about deleting door entities. I was confused about it and searched the board for it, but someone came in and told me to read the manual. I got pretty pissed at them for making the assumption that I hadn't looked through it for the solution already. Don't make the assumption that someone hasn't searched the board either. They may not have searched correctly or didn't use the proper keywords.

It's people like you that make newbs hesitant to post anything.

Please be helpful in a nice way and maybe you won't get called a loser, perhaps you'd get more friends. The way you told him to search was pretty much a smart *** remark and wasn't really called for.

@ Satrebor:
I'm not that into modeling, but you can use free programs like GMax (http://www.turbosquid.com/gmax) or Anim8or (http://www.anim8or.com/). Both are pretty good.

@ Aaagreen:
Plystire is right... We all make stupid posts sometimes, but hopefully someone will kindly point us in the right direction so that we can learn from our mistakes. Here is my first post: http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=118137&b=21. Right now, a quick search revealed to me that there were several threads with the answer, but the people who answered my question kindly told me what to do. About the "Oh, I'm so upset because I have no friends." comment, we're not bullies. We are just people. It would really help if you didn't post in a pathetic manner about something, then turn around and tell us how depressed you are. Go to a therapist or something.

Sure!

I just draw it in a 45 degree angle while wearing a bucket on my head, and listening to Powerman 5000, after that, export it in MS paint to .fun, and BAM! Next-gen model in only 4 polygon's

dont be put off i had the same response when i joined the forum.
not eveyone is rude, some do it just to show you the way best
to learn to use the search as you can get more info that way.
Aaagreen look at his profile and you can see how he used the search
and learned so mutch by using the search option instead of asking
everyone how to do things.
