I'm taking Italian in school. I know it a bit, but not good enough to speak/write it that good. Edit: well! It should be well. I think I should work on my English before I learn Italian.

Well most of the people here only know 1 language, English (me for example), Ermes, so you're actually considerably more learned than a lot of us

I'm Dutch and I know 4 languages. Dutch, French, German and English.
In English I can say almost the same as in Dutch. I can express myself in English. I think you also should know more words that means the same, because then you can just make that little nuance difference. In German and French I can't really express myself, because I only know words I learnt, and I can't really improvise.

well, some concept is very difficult to explain in english for me, sometimes my good purpose turn in bads words, and most people get very nasty with me.
I know only English as foreign language. And if the grammar is very easy than italian, how much difficult is to use english with english people who live in england or usa, is very different to learn English at an italian school, and live in UK and use english to communicate every second of your life.

"Well most of the people here only know 1 language, English (me for example)"

Don't programming languages count?

English is supposed to be harder to learn. Also any language is harder to learn when you are older. You learn better when you are really young. For example, my neighbor knows Italian and English perfectly because both his parents speak Italian. He learned from when he was just born.

Buenos Aires! Como Estas? Estoy Bueno, me gusta programme en la computadora mucho. Mi tardes projecto es no bueno, y estupido. Nunca Gana. Asi es la verdad.

[EDIT]
Perhaps I should have indicated this was Spanish. Everyone is bringing up all kinds of languages, I just thought I'd bring up Spanish. I'm not very good, cuz I've only studied it (half-heartedly) for four semesters.

'I think you also should know more words that means the same, because then you can just make that little nuance difference'

Very good point you have there. A bigger vocabulary and more words that mean the same thing helps you express yourself much better (sorry, kind of restating what you said).

I recall someone by the name of darkdomy, think he was italian. He posted for help on the RGT forums but it was difficult to understand what he was saying at times because he was using a web translator.

Sto scaricando adesso uno dei games, poi ti do il giudizio!!!!
Nel forum Italiano c'è anche la sezione per gli annunci di programmi e giochi realizzati in DB & DBPRO, in + la galleria.

Se mi dai il permesso "linko" il tuo sito su GPI http://www.gameprog.it/
nella sezione da me gestita, dove sto inserendo "Giochi Made in Italy"

I also know some italian insults and such, but I don't know how to write them. We've been in Italy for school and stayed at an Italian family for a week. The only Italian things I learned are things like:
"Porke dio!"
"Sucko mi casso!"
I really don't know how to write them, I hope you understand, or maybe it's better you don't... And something like this:
"Mi portereppe li carti de tallio."

"Porke dio!" > better not write it, it's an offense to god.

"Sucko mi casso!" this is "Succhiami il cazzo", i.e. you place my penis in your mouth and start working!

"Mi portereppe li carti de tallio." don't know, maybe isn't an offense, maybe is "Mi porterebbe la carta da taglio" but it's almost nosense.
