Hi there, I have been searching the forums on how to make an explosion just happen. Problem is now I have to set the height damage for an entity but I don't know where is the "set height damage". I am terribly sorry if this is such an easy question to ask but please I really need that explosion. Thanks in advanced because I know people who are reading this know how to solve it.

No i'm talking about how to make an explodable entity fall and then explode, not the player

so.... now what? What is spawnlife? and how is that going to help me getting that entity to break when it falls?

Spawnlife is a feature that lets you activate an object for however many seconds. You could have a triggerzone, an object with spawnlife set to 1, explosion set to yes. place the object in the air, make the triggerzone activate your object and voila!
