I have animated a dancing person on blender, and I exported it to .x format. When I open it on direct x veiwer, only one of the limbs is moveing. (For the dancing man, I made armatures)

Everything works fine on blender, and all the vertices are only in ONE group for the armatures. I really dont know what the problem is....

So I imported it into a c++ game, to see if that fixed it. When i looked at the figure, it was all crumbled up and wierd looking. It was like all the armatures combined into one thing.

I tried doing the same thing with an object that DIDN't have any animation-- And I got the SAME thing happen.

I really want to get this to work, mostly so I can make my First Person Shooter look good.

Thanks for any help!
(the .x file is attached, the blender in the next post.)

I'm not sure but the bones are not connected. That could be the problem.
