FPS Creator X10 / Correct Graphic/Video Card?

I Have an ATI mobility Radeon HD 2600.

FPS creator X10 requires an NVIDIA card.

Will i still be able to purchase FPSC X10 with my current card? I have Vista and Direct X 10 etc. But i dont know about the card thing.

Didn't you answer yourself?

It requires a card other than the one you have, so you will need an NVIDIA 8 series (8600 min 8800 recommended).

I recommend an 8800gt with 512mb, because they work fine, only use a single slot, and have dropped alot in price lately.
I paid $269 when I bought mine from TigerDirect (30/10/2007) and now you can pick one up for $179 that includes a game.

I know very little about ATI cards, but that mobility thing makes it sound like a laptop card.

Is this for a laptop?

If so then you will need a M series NVIDIA card.

You proabbly have a Laptop I'm guessing
and Yes the HD 2600 does support DirectX 10 So FPSC X10 should run on your video card but I don't know how well, I think FredP has that same card maybe he will comment on it if he sees this post.
