I find FPS creator 1.09 very buggy. First it won't load (i've fixed that) but now I can't edit the map! It was fine before I updated it. Could it be because I downloaded some free items from The Game Creator Store?

If I were you, I'd make a game...

What do you mean it won't let you edit the map? If you mean what I think you do look under Processes in the Task Manager and look for FPSC Map-Editor.exe.

did you try to reinstall FPSC?

Well, if your editor is black, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, goto the Processes tab, and end the process of "FPSCreator.exe". You might lose unsaved work, but thats how I do it. The next time you start it up, it should be normal. If not, repeat it. It's what I do as well.


I know there is a better solution somewhere, but I can't find it either.
