I was just wondering why thats locked. I just need a good explenation is all.

Team requests require a certain level of commitment and proof of that commitment from you. When they don't, we lock them. We have these rules because without them the forums would be in chaos - everyone and his dog creating a team request as soon as they pick up a copy of DBPro or DBC or a modelling program.

Follow the rules and you can have a team request - but note the bottom of the page for the places that we do allow them.
