3 Dimensional Chat / directx model can view in directx viewer but cannot load to game.

I exported directx model it can view in directx viewer but it cannot load to game.
why?

the model mesh is error or some thing. while i view in directx viewer..

In some part of your animation those points somehow got tied to the model's foot. You'll have to go back and look at each frame and find where it made that connection and undo it.
