hey what program is free and i could use with fpsc?
if none what is the cheapest
(under 20$ ozzi)
if not i wnt bother with fpsc

What type of program? If you mean a 3D modeler, try Anim8or, Blender or CB Model Pro. They're all free, but you can check out Milkshape too. I've never used it though, but I know it costs around $25.

Milkshape is really easy to use, got all functions you need (you can even export in .x wich not even 3DS Max can, and Max do cost a lot of money) and its really cheap.

Keep away from this!lol Joking, Its just that CB Model Pro is a very basic tool which has no sense of low-poly it uses alot of triangles where you really want quads, looking at current models made with it, you have to paint the uv map onto it, which could make the textures be less organised.

yes a 3d modeler and do those wrk with fpsc?also i frgot to mention animator aswell as 3d modler
