FPS Creator X10 / FPSC X10 not working

i have FPSC X10 and i have Vista, but when i try to Build, or Test my game it freezes up, i've restarted my comp, run FPSC x10 as Admin, and still it doesn't work. Could someone help?

What graphics card, power supply and cpu.

maybe i should try the v 1.08 update?
i haven't downloaded any of the other FPSC x10 updates..

info:
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
can't find power supply..
cpu: i think it's 256 megs (the basic), i put up a pic though i'm sure that won't help

it tells me it can't find any compatible Direct3D devices

There's your problem right there, X10 will only work on GeForce series 8 cards, yours is series 6 which is quite old.
