no it takes time, but it all depends on how you made the model, did you know if you use one piece not sevral then the count is not real high, milkshape you will just learn as everything else, there are tutts out there on how to use it and even on the fourms here.

yeah well i used one sphere and mirrored it, then i just point pulled a lot. then i used cylinders and those donut things for the rest of it. i guess you can say thats a lot of peices...is that maybe y the count is going up?

A highpoly character is at 3000, your model wich I cant even see what it is since you didnt post in .jpg, uses 6 times more polies.

Daniel wright 2311

well its not polies but that is ok, nesxt time use just one piece, you can do it, i have made many parts that look like difrent parts but its all one piece, keep trying. triangles read difrently then pollies and the count is difrent, you can have a huge ammount of triangles and the polie count is low but not to high, ive hade models with 8000 triangles and then i export it out from uv mapper pro and it changes it to pollies and the pollies are only 3000 but your doing good

well we can because he downloaded it but some people on the forums like BVG and me dont want to download it so here is what you do
right click on the picture, open with paint then go to file and click Save_as and after you type the title there should be a drop down tab for you to choose what type of format you want, choose JPG and save then upload it here.

Good grief, this is a long thread.

Do you guys know that you have an 'Edit Post' link below your name on your posts?

The BMP files are large and not very forum friendly at all.
You should consider converting them to JPG files which would be much smaller and better for people to download/view.

Nice flails though.
Very nice; I like it.
