-Go to your FPSC folder.
-Go to files/languagebank/english/gamebank/mygame
-Open setuplevel.fpi with notepad.
-Remove this entire line:

-Save the setuplevel.fpi file.
-Done.

Or, inside FPS Creator:

1/. Go to 'File -> Build Game'.
2/. Select the 'Level Settings' tab.
3/. Click the 'Edit' button on the line that says 'Global Script'.
4/. At the top of the Setup Wizard that pops up, where it says 'Music' just delete that line.

What Nickydude said but remember to hit Enter after deleting the line. I have experience with changes not being saved if I just change something and press Ok after that.

With all of the updates you'd think they would have changed that by now?
