once you have the skele and model together do they automatically animate the model or attach to the nearest vertice

cause i have no clue...

i mean after you scaled the model do you just leave it as is and export it as a x file?
and enitiy maker it

sorry new to milkshape

this is just to clarify because my model is fpsc ready but he is half way through the ground and spas-ems

quite anooying after spending a cuple of hours with a headache and no diclophic

You have to assign the vertices to the most suited joint. To see how it looks, press the animationbutton in the lower right corner, then press play. I hope this helped you a bit.
