I couldnt think of a name...so I called it Guitar Rush.

Im very lame at Qmidi(its a great program)

not that bad keep at it i agree qmidi is a great prog have a listen to this

Chunks chunks, in this thread flickenmaste was uploading a song and asking for feedback, i'm 99% sure he doesnt like that you're trying to steal this thread and uploading your own music here.

I've seen you do this before, and this is the second time i've seen you do this, so i'll ask you, before you make anyone mad - Stop it please! If you were to make your own post with your music, I'm sure you wouldnt like anyone starting to upload his own music and trying to make the discussion about that.

flickenmaste, i like the song, if what you're looking for is to make music for real, or learning that, i suggest you start using Flstudio or reason both are easy to learn and are great fun.

Well if the interest is there, then you should start playing around with music, i can't think of anything more fun!

If you decide to try out Fl studio i'll always be able to help with any problems, or questions

Yes, you should definitely try FL studio. It's great for techno if that's what you're into.

if you are refering to the other thread with smd i helped him make qmidi and we are always posting songs in each other threads.

Ya i dont mind if chunks posts songs on my threads..

He was part of the programing crew for qmidi after all..

Im sure he was just trying to show off what qmidi is capable of


And for your song....i found that at first i was not very good at making music at all either..... but my songs i write keep getting better and better. You will find yourself getting better the more and more you try to make tunes

Soo far it sounds good....but i know you can do better
Keep working on it and im sure you will amaze us all!

Pretty decent first song
(Not to help Chunks steal the thread, but your song "New" was very good too )

QMidi v1 solely uses the GM bank and doesn't have very much real-time modulation capabilities, so maybe it's not really cut out for techno style music.
If you want to try, I can give you a hint:
Patch no.
39 - 40_______Synth bass sounds
51 - 52_______(Slow, padlike) analogue strings
55___________SynVox (might be used as a lead)
81 - 101______Various synth sounds.
