Dark GDK / is there a viewer in GDK for .dll files or Dark Matter files?

is there a viewer in GDK for .dll files or Dark Matter?
I read in the read me's that there is but I can't find it. is there one? where's it located? It didn't come up in my start menu box like it said. is there any script so that I can make anotherone?

You can't "view" DLL files (unless you decompile them- which you shouldn't). They are already compiled and made into a library. And GDK is a SDK for games- it doesn't do the viewing.

And the next question would be how would you decompile, which you should find online. But as dbGamerX says, you shouldn't.
