3 Dimensional Chat / Menu doesnt show up when I right click in 3ds?

This is really odd but when I right click in 3ds max I get the menu for unhide all,move,rotate etc etc, but now the menu doesnt show up when I right click. Is there key that toggles the menu or is it in the preferences somewhere? Any help would be great.
