look at the pic i have 50 fps this is still fast for fpsc i walked fast and sounds were speeded up

Edit: my bad it was 60fps

Here's a screenshot made with efxMod 1.6, disabled water and bloom effects - enabled refraction effects, though... many windows...

137 FPS - and nearly the double polygon count!

No animation speed issues or sound issues.

101, this is because you have accidentally pressed "x". It uncaps the frame rate, this is nothing new.

I press x and i get a frame rate of 770+

Yeah but when I tried efx I had a top frame rate of 11 when everybody else was getting like 180

try disabling Water and Bloom... and btw. with efx, you don't have to press X (framerate is uncapped, anyways!)
