hey all,

I'm trying to make a ball that hits the ground and doesn't bounce at all. I want it to just stick to the ground. I'm doing the following

dbPhyMakeMaterial ( ball );
dbPhySetMaterialRestitution ( ball, 0.0 ); dbPhyBuildMaterial ( ball );

dbPhyMakeMaterial ( ground );
dbPhySetMaterialRestitution ( ground, 0.0 ); dbPhyBuildMaterial ( ground );

then i set the material when i create the object but it still bounces for some reason?

any ideas?

look in the old post at the top about materials there a list of all the ones that came with the codes. Plus there a materials tester if you what to make something to your specs.
