I can't get my own sounds and videos in story zones or sound zones. If someone can help, please respond.

Try using Triggerzones. They usually work.

I've tried using a trigger zone to no avail. What am I doing wrong. I can't either a video or an mp3 to play using v11.

Make sure they are the right format. Video only supports .avi and only supports .ogg and .wav.
