I just downloaded the DBPro + PhysX trial for the competion but as soon as I press F5 on any of the demos I got an error:

"The application has failed to start because PhysxLOader.dll was not found. RE-installing the application may fix this problem"

Well it didn't. I uninstalled 2 times and nothing different.

Another thing, I had DarkBasic (regular) already installed my guess is that both apps can coexist right?

If not, is there a way to make them coexist? I really don't want to uninstall the DarkBasic

Have you downloaded the latest PhysX drivers? This version of Dark Physics is so hot off the press, it's still steaming.

Yes, both apps can coexist, in different directories.

Couls someone please post the fix, if indeed it has been. I get the same problem, although after installing the latest PhysX drivers, I get either NXcooking.dll or NVcuda.dll error.

Another question, I have a 8800 GT card, will this work, I have no idea if it has an Aegia chip or anything.

all GPUs from the mobile 8500 M and up are supported under CUDA, so I imagine PhysX works under all of them.

I sadly have a 6800, so I'm not able to use hardware... oh well.

Meh... The Speed doesn't make Comcast good...

How do you tell DBPro not to access the hardware and work only in software mode, for physic stuff only of course?

I thought Dark Physics was a set of commands independently working if you have AEGIA chips set or not.

Am I wrong or DP is only an API for AEGIA?

click on search feature after selecting OS and then download and install CUDA drivers. I have 8800GT and this is the only thing extra I had to do to get it working that wasn`t mentioned http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html
