What is non-commercial games and can i use real paints (like Da Vinci's The Last Supper9 in a noc-commercial game?

Non-commercial games are games you dont give/sell to anyone. Just for personal use. Thats the easiest version of what non-commercial is.
And yes, you could use real paintings, ripped off media etc since its just your own use.
