Hello all. I am rather new to DBPro and am not sure that this is the correct forum for this question so please forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask.

How or where do you specify the linking directory for DLLs within a project?

I know that I can copy the DLLs to a project folder, but that seems a little wasteful and ineffecient. I suspect that I am missing something obvious but I just can't find the place to specify where the "library" folder is for my projects. I am trying to build a demo program and keep getting an error about not finding the DLL files.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

If you have a DBPro command/function resource string in your DLL, and if you call the command or function in your DBPro code, then the DLL will be automatically included in the compiled program (The command doesn't actually have to be executed, but just included).

Otherwise, DBPro won't do anything with that DLL for you.
