Well, I've heard several complaints here about no summer jobs for teens, so here's my idea. Why don't you paint addresses on curbs? It's pretty easy. Make a rectangle out of duct tape on the curb, approximately 20 inches wide and 6 inches high. Use white spray paint to spray within the rectangle, and then get some brass interlocking stencils to paint the numbers on. (The interlocking stencils are DEFINATELY worth the money!) I would recommend charging 10 per curb. You can even write college team logos on there for some extra money! I make about $30 a day at this.

You haven't heard what Yellow is?

That sounds like a bit of an odd job. Who would want their addresses painted on curbs?

Hehehe, sonecgaimr, in fact I have two jobs(3 if you count helping around the house).Just do a little reviewing in the forum search and you might find out one of the things I do.The other thing isn't really a job, just a plan to make money that'll probebly make money if I put some time into it.Though, it's something that just about anyone here can do, but no one's really done it.Like I said, you'll find out in a couple of months.

It's so it's easier to find house addresses if the letterbox isn't very visible or hard to read. I'm not sure how it works in the US but over here the local council does it, never knew anyone could go around doing it.

Ick. I had no idea you did that over there. It seems so... strange... you don't accociate houses with their curbs, the curb is the place to put the trash out, not something you want people connection to your residence... just my two cents at least...

I don't think that would work very good for me. I don't think people want thier curbs painted in NY. I think the curbs get painted by the city, but most people don't really care.
