I cannot get the DarkPhysics trial that I downloaded for the DarkPhysics Competition to work. I got almost everything working until I got to a final dll error that I cannot find. I need to find cuda.dll. I would like to ask everybody who tried to download the trial or the new updated DarkPhysics. Does it Work For YOU?? If so, could you tell me how you got it to work if you had all those missing DLL errors. Im running out of time for the DarkPhysics Competition and I would like to submit something.

Hi Antigroup
I had these problems at variouse times :-

1. Nxcooking.dll can't find.
2. D3dx9_37.dll can't find.
3. NVcuda.dll can't find.

I re-installed about 3 times..no luck..

but this is how I got mine to work....
1. Download latest DirectX 9 from microsoft - install.
2. Download the PhysX_8.04.25_system Software - install.
( I had originally downloaded the PhysX_8_06.12
system that does not have nvcuda.dll - un-install )

Hope this helps..

Thank you for your post. I had already fixed it when I read it but I like what you said because I went through a lot of trouble for mine. I downloaded CUDA and had to rename cuda.dll to nvcuda.dll It worked fine but some time later I will probly do it the way you said. Probably with a newer version it will run better and fluids will work on my comp.

Warning!!

In mypost above I say :-
1. Download latest DirectX 9 from miscrosoft - Install

Please DO NOT do this I then found that my 'Dark GDK'
would not link - giving lots of errors...

I had to un-install it to get my
DirectX 9 (August 2007)
to be available again..

MY Dark GDK - now links OK.

The PysX_8.04.25_system Software - Install
was the main thing that got my PysX demo's to work...
( just checked Pysx demo's still compile and run )

Sorry if I caused anyone a problem...
