You do this by placing a HUD on the screen.
There's a section on exactly how to do this in Nickydude's "Official Community Guide to FPSC". Look at page 63.

You'll find it in a sticky at the top of this forum.

There are harder ways. That's it though. Nothing is easier then putting premade scripts in the right place.

or you can just ignore what people are saying. look at nicky dudes guide. page 63 look at the premade script, edit it to put the image location of your "Text briefing" place that script in the scriptbank, then put it in a triggerzone, viola.

dds or tga work the best, i think you can also do jpeg, but make sure that the "briefing" (HUD) is smaller than the overall screen.. other wise it will strech, and look wierd.

wow i didn't know i was that respected?
these guys are telling you how to do it though TBGalive although i'd make sure that the file format can handle transparency(.jpg can't) there is i believe to be a few threads in the script board about briefings and text(one that you started and i answered i think).

Some folks have much more patience than I do. Soon, guides, manuals, and the search function will be obsolete here.

Yeah he would make a good mod but you are asking easy questions and I bet you haven't searched anything which could answer your problems.

Is it easier in any way, can we make the huds or do they have premade ones?

I love signs, although I haven't used it as much as I thought I would... Oh well. Still a good program.
