dutch its a error report i build the game and set the game on my website www.war-missions.nl/test.zip then they dowload the game and than they get the error

Yeah replace the image externally.
So thus the TGC one must of changed

Have you supplied all the files and folders that are built with the exe file in your zip.
Have your friends got the latest 'DirectX' installed in their computers?

This could be two reasons why it gives this error message.

specificially any items/guns that require 2 textures and you need to manually copy the textures over...idk if that would make the game crash, but it is an important step.
