Besides Maya what is a good/somewhat easy to use 3d modeler and animating program? hey can be separate softwares.

I think this is the best 3D modeller by far. And if you don't have any experience with 3D modelling, DO NOT buy/pirate Maya or 3ds Max just because you heard they were good. Get a free/cheap modeller first to learn the basics with before spending lots of money/pirating software.

You should just remove buy all together these days Too many people pirating crap.
