I made an overlay in a matter of 30 seconds. However, the background is not transparent. It is white. If you want it transparent you will have to provide an image that can render a transparent background. That I won't do for ya.

Do you want the overlay that has a white background?

I might be able to do it for you if you make the backround pure black as in RGB being all 0's

I'll make a fully transparant version if no-one else has done it later. This means there will be fading effects.

I just had a quick try with this image but there were too many 'off-white' shades to remove and mask. As said before the actual blood splat (everything red) should be a 'layer' on its own sitting on top of a transparent layer plus the image size should be 512x512.

If you have a file which still has preserved 'layers' such as a Photoshop .Psd then someone will be able to help you without damaging your blood splat design too much but as it stands at the moment the blood design will not come out so well.

All the best of luck

It's RGB 0,0,0 right? If not I'm not sure if it'll be transparent.

Use a PNG or transparent GIF. If you remove the background on a PNG, it will be transparent.

No, it's not, it's RGB 3,3,3. Nice try though. Getting close. However, I'll see what it looks like after I change it to 0,0,0.

Addendum:

Here is the overlay, in-game, I created after changing as much as I could to 0,0,0. Probable not usable quite yet. Sorry.

Thanks for the effort TeMpLaR1, however when I created the overlays using those images this is what I got.

Okay, here it is. Just extract it into the fps creator folder and click yes to overwrite. It will appear under generic->user in the entity bank.
