well basically this all started off as a rigid body demo, but as I started to work with it I went drastically of the file size limit. and I will run out of time so I'm converting it to an uber. u basically are this mech in the middle of a block full of rigid body's. and u can turn and shoot anything u want and u will see how the rigid body's are effected. so far I use particles- for missile.
rigid bodys- as barrels, and buildings. and forces to react to the misssles and the debry her is a preview of the untextured mech. I will post what the particle missle look like later on today. and hopefully by this weekend I will have the city blocked finished modeled, and textured. its almost modeled now. you r on a bridge and get to blow thigs up.

hopefully when I get off work I can post more things.http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=t7_zStEN53M

ok here is another update. after some hard consideration I decided that I will not have time to finish the city model. In fact i still might not have enough time to finish all of the things I want so far. but as of right now the mech is in the middle of a desert and their is a base full of rigid and soft bodies for him to hit. I'm thinking about adding a water tower for him to blow up but here is the model of one of the rigid body's. it's a jet I'm hoping to have finished modeled by friday. Basically I want u to think of the attack on the base in transformers.

here the jet

I have already fished some barrels and crate to be blow around.
I also download a semi truck trailer so we'll see what happens.

well after close to two weeks work I have come to the realization that I am was over my head. we have only a week and a half to get the uber demo and I am trying to recreate the next halo. that has always been a short coming of mine I always aim way to high. So I will spend the next two or so days stripping down my uber demo to it's bare minimal and focus on the important part. hopefully I can get a few updates posted along the way.

Very professional reasoning there Always make a list of what is important and what are 'nice to have' features. Then proceed to finish the important features first. It might not be the exciting way around, but it gets you more results! Good luck with your UBER demo entry, and remember to check out the criteria of the judhing areas so you hit each box such as scaling and a focus on showing off the speed of the GPU if it is available on the target machine.
