Ok, I give. My friends wanted me to release a small demo, so here it is. Its only speed control and weapon functions, and no enemies to kill or multiple levels. It's only v0.15, but its pretty good so far, isnt it. Go to http://www.angelfire.com/wizard/chadanimecentral/Darkside.html to download it.
At first glance, I'm a mediocre mech pilot. Look again and you will see my battlemech's computer code rushing through my eyes. My Mech And I Are One!

No intrests in it? None whatsoever. Not even to see how lousy you think it is? C'mon, not even one reply, what is up with that?

For those of you still even remotely interested in my feeble attempts to get any attention whatsoever, I am still working on the game, and I have a new camera view, HUD, and scenery! Here's a pic:

That is a shot of the level included in the upcoming demo. The level is called Storm of Jupiter. I might even finish this game earlier than expected too

Yeah... Well this is kinds cool. It's good game but the graphics sucks man... I made one my self and I coudl give you couple of advice. Well... One ting is that you should use a texture. I think it isn'ty even obsolate in DB classic to use "texture bacdrop" and "scroll backdrop" as it is in DBpro, so I had to make a box wich follows the camera and scroll the texture of it.

Current project: 3d demo to show my skills to other users

Dont worry, I'm uploading the new demo to my website now. I am creating a new ship, better textures, and better scenery than before. I've finally learned how to UV Map and texture correctly, and the ship will look a lot better when I'm done

for those of you still interested, I have modeled a new ship. This one doesnt look like a mutated mosquito like the last one. I'm making a few more, yet I'm not sure which one I should use.

Ok, though I doubt anyone is still interested, I think I should share my entire plan with all of you about the Darkside of the Cresent Moon series. I've revealed my entire plan in the IRC chat room, and I think I'll post it here to for those that werent there at the time. The entire chat we had about it is in the code snippet thingy.

For those of you who dont want to read the chat conversation:

Yes, the first 3 episodes have nothing in common other than introducing 3 of the 5 main characters for the 5th game. The 4th episode introduces the final 2, and the 5th brings them all together for one final adventure.

The Characters that are introduced are:
Episode 1: Zack
Episode 2: Amanda
Episode 3: Jr.
Episode 4: Omega and Ultima
The Genres for the 5 Episodes are as followed:
Episode 1: Shooter
Episode 2: Racing
Episode 3: 3D Platformer
Episode 4: Action/Adventure/RPG
Episode 5: RPG

For those of you who dont like anime, you might want to steer clear of this game, I want it to have an anime feel, sorta. All of the cut seens (if any) will be anime like, and all of the main characters are anime.

You may see pics of Amanda, Zack, and Omega (sorry, no Jr. or Ultima) at the following links (please note, the original sketches were made by the girl the runs http://www.bakaneko.com/ , she is a very good artist, and I thank her for giving me the best character design ideas I've ever seen)
