does anyone know the best program for recording a voice for all of my video game characters... and i dont know if anyone has ever posted anyhting about this so sry if i did double post...

There are a number of good programs out there for audio editing that are totally free. You should spend some time searching audio editing on Google, and try the different ones out that are available till you find that you like.
