i downlaoded the free version of fps creator thats at the bottem of the fpsc homepage, and it says u cant make a stand alone game so does that mean i cant sell it or sumtin??

Yes. You need to buy the add-on so that it can make games, I mean, they're hardly gonna give you a fully working game creator for free, are they?

When you 'save' your game, you're just saving an outline of your game. In order to give it to someone else (sell it for example) you need to 'build' your game which will place all the media you've used (sounds, models, textures, etc) together to make it easier to distribute... and you'll need to buy the full version in order to do that and I would recommend doing so without hesitation, just check some of the showcase screenshots and some youtube videos (My FPSC Stuff) to see its worth it!
