Ok, How can you make it to where, an NPC is not aggresssive, but you can talk to him, and then you go to maybe a cut scene or something or just text appears in the screen, but then you go to level 2?

look in the hint's and tips guide AND look in the script board(they are pretty nice over there if you try to learn to script)
