Hi,

Heres another wacky question.

I want to have a gamewindow with the resolution of 800x600 instead of 640x480. So I used this line:
dbSetDisplayMode ( 800 , 600 , 32 );

When I run the program it gets larger, sure. But the resolution is still actually only 640x480, everything is just enlarged. How do I get real resolution of 800x600?

Thanks

You have to change the display mode as well as the size of the window when in windowed mode.

I've never had to do more than call dbSetDisplayMode.

It shouldn't work, technically speaking, though I realize that it does.

Yeah. I just thought you were saying it wouldn't work without doing both on your machine.
