Just a quick question. Is it possible to change the frame rate
of decals in-game?
ex: Say, from 24 fps. to 8-12 fps. My new animations run too fast.
I've tried to double up the frames, which slows them down some, but they
still look like they're out of an old time movie.

Let me know something if you can.

I've included a few pics of the new animations I have got finished.
As well as a gif version so you can view the animation. (Note that the
.gif runs at about 1/4 the speed than the in-game decal. I will be
releasing them in a few days.

The pack includes 24+ animated decals.

Thanks for all your help. The Cosmic Prophet.

Yeah, I can get the animations smoothed out if I can figure out how to adjust the in-game framerate.

Nice work as always, Prophet!
Unfortunately, there's no way to adjust the speed of decals in FPSC yet. It might be a request worth pitching to Lee, since he seems to be open to suggestions for new features in the migration version.

OK, Thanks R.W. I'll try to make some 2-4 frame repeating animations that would slow them down some.

I did these last night. I use a photoshop template I made a few years back for making animated .gifs Each one takes around 30 min. to make.
