I am looking for a character modeler to create 10 models, the work will need to be done by December, the models will need to work in x-10 and fpsc. I am looking at a budget of ~ $500.00.

If you are interested please let me know.

(do not contact me if you do not have a solid portfolio of character models) I am looking of for someone of Fletcher (I think that is his name) quality.

Well if they think is to generous, the can always through is some free building designs. But, I believe that $500.00 is the minimum I should offer, if I am expecting good quality.

There are already a load of characters you can buy. Bond has put quite a few in the store. A few model packs have been made with characters.

And you can get them all for WAY cheaper than $500 lol.

But seeing that it's a good offer, someone will most surely help you out there. And I'm sure they'd be happy to know what kind of characters you are looking for.

Not necessicarily. Remember, he is looking for 10 characters. Not 2 or 3. That's only $50 per character which is pretty low for someone of JF's or Bond's skill. Especially if it is an exclusive deal and the character can not be resold to other customers. The exception might be if it was one character with 10 texture variations. Most pro quality freelancers will charge between 250 and 350 per day and it takes much more than a couple hours to build a quality character and much more if anything other than the standard animations are used. Still, it's one of the more reasonable offers to grace this board.

I am looking for 2 - 3 new body types, most of the work needed is re-texturing. I am looking for a human, pig, bear hybrid and some normal character types.

One of the biggest problems I have noticed with most of the models packs, is a complete lack of realism. Not everyone is a soldier, or a zombie, or whatever.

This is actual work for hire request, this is a payed gig and I need it done. So if you know someone, let them know.

Your budget is low for someone like Bond. But I'm sure you could get someone else, like me.

Yes, manbearpig.

I need someone who can do good work, I plan to design cut scenes, so the models should easily be moved back fourth for work in truespace and Maya. If you can do good work, email at admin@devskull.com with your completed works, portfolio, and resume. My budget may go up as high as 1000.00, if someone can prove to be both talented and reliable. Future work is a gaurantee with this project, if nobody on here is interested, I will look elsewhere in the 3d world.

I would like custom animations for the man bear pig, nut no, it is not necessary. Though, uhm the models should work with the current animations. If a problem, man bear pig can always use a zombie fpi

Do you have concept art of what you want the model to look like?

I agree, character sales would be much greater if there were more casual characters. Also, I find there is a lack of realism in the age range. Not everyone is a 2000 year old reincarnate.
